Employees earn 10 days of vacation each year. The amount of vacation increases by one day each year as an employee continues their career with eWS.
Sick Days
Employees accrue up to 3 days per year.
Holidays
8 Company Paid holidays per year, including the day after Thanksgiving.

Our Medical plan is a nation wide PPO plan and is at no cost to the employee. There is a minimal fee for dependents.

Our Dental plan is a nationwide PPO and there is no charge to the employee for the plan. There is minimal fee for dependents.

401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) Plan allows employees to save tax-free dollars for their retirement. eWS matches 100% of up to 6% employee’s contribution. There are four quarterly enrollment periods each year.
Referral Bonuses
Bonuses given to employees for hired referrals after 180 days of employment with Company.
Immigration Support
We sponsor employees in their permanent residency application process and H1-B, NAFTA, or H1-B Transfer Visa application process. However, employees are responsible for all fees associated with theses processes.
