On-time Launch of a CDMA PCS System in Ohio

FORT LEE, N.J., August 28, 1997 - When Horizon Personal Communications, a telecommunications service provider located in Ohio, won a block of radio frequency in the C-band to build a CDMA network last year, it turned to eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., a leader in providing engineering and consulting services to the worldwide telecommunications industry, to move the project from concept to launch.

Through this collaboration, Horizon Personal Communications today announced the launch of its CDMA network in the Chillicothe area, offering to the region the latest generation of digital wireless technology.
