eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., Named an Entrepreneur of the Year

FORT LEE, N.J., June 20, 1997 – eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., a two-year-old Fort Lee company that provides engineering and consulting services to the worldwide telecommunications industry, has received a New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year award. The award was presented during a ceremony held June 18 at the Brunswick Hilton & Towers in East Brunswick.

The professional services firm of Ernst & Young founded the Entrepreneur of the Year awards program. Likened to the Academy Award for business and industry, the Entrepreneur of the Year award honors successful business people and those who have encouraged entrepreneurs. eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., was one of 43 finalists for the award, which drew hundreds of entries from all over the state.

Winners were chosen in eight categories. eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., was honored as the top emerging business in New Jersey and is now eligible to be named a National Entrepreneur of the Year.

Founded just three years ago, eXpert Wireless Solutions, Inc., has experienced more than a ten-fold growth since it began operations. From a team of five founding principals, eXpert has grown to more than 120 employees. The company provides radio frequency and digital wireless engineering and consulting services to over 25 states in the United States. eXpert recently established a global presence with Southeast Asian operations in Singapore and Thailand and will be setting up operations in Europe and South America throughout 1997.
